Introducing: Taylor
Taylor is our inside sales representative, who started working with us last June. Starting in our busy season, Taylor jumped in where she was needed and worked to take photos, create dock videos, develop email newsletters and field client calls.
“My favorite part of the job is getting to interact with the customers and being surrounded by great plants and even better people,” she says.
Her Roots
As a Franklin County native, Taylor grew up just 15 miles south of Ottawa. She developed an interest in plants through her high school horticulture classes. As an FFA member, Taylor competed in floriculture competitions, where she continued to learn and develop an interest in plants.
Today, Taylor is still working on her green thumb by growing a split leaf philodendron. In her free time, she enjoys practicing all types of photography and collecting records.

A Day in the Office
Although a day in her office never looks the same, Taylor supports our clients by providing information on availability, ship dates and other plant related questions. She helps build our online presence through the creation of dock videos, which we feature on Instagram and Facebook.
Over the past year, Taylor has continued to develop a knowledge of our plant inventory. Her current favorite plants include tulip trees and Japanese garden junipers.
