We may have new messaging, but that does not mean our values and operations are new. Our new messaging is a tool to better communicate and showcase what we at Loma Vista Nursery have been doing all along. This week we are featuring our Industry message. When we boil down our business, our goals all come back to our customers. Everything we do is to serve our customers to the best of our abilities.

Now here are why this mean so much to us:
1. The customer is our lifeblood and at the center of everything we do.
Without our customers, we would not have a business. They are our biggest fans that return time and time again to buy our plants. We do not take this for granted, and that is why we have implemented the best practices in our nursery in order to make quality products.

2. Communication and quick order turnaround time.
To best serve our customers, we not only have to have amazing products, but we also have to effectively and efficiently communicate with our customers. Our sales team makes themselves as accessible as possible to constantly interact with our customers and fulfill their needs. We are always just an email or a phone call away, and our turnaround time is incredibly fast whether we are updating an order, taking pictures of plants for customers, or letting a customer know when their order will be shipped.

3. Quality nursery stock that is ready to plant and/or retail as soon as you receive it.
We understand that customers need certain plants at certain times of the year for their own businesses, so our growing practices ensure that our nursery stock is ready to plant and/or retail as soon as we ship them out. The entire cycle each plant goes through at our facility is to ensure that it is ready for when our customers need it. The process starts with our propagator who starts growing our plants in house. Then we monitor our plants as they grow, making sure it is fertilized, properly watered, and free from any disease. Our growers are experts in the industry, so they are able to get our plants ready by the specific dates our customers need them. Once our plants are ready to ship, they go through a thorough process to ensure they meet our customer standards. They get cleaned, tagged, fertilized, tagged, and brought to our shipping dock. Then they are inspected by our quality control team who asses if our plants meet all of our standards. We then load our plants and ship them to our customers where they can immediately set them up in their retail shop or plant them into a landscape.
